It samples several still frames across your clip and analyzes them for context — the scene, the action and any on-screen text. It doesn't listen to the audio, so if a key detail only exists in the voice-over, add it in the category or title field to steer the result.

The hook score rates how strong your opening is in the first ~3 seconds — the part that decides whether people keep watching. A low score usually means a slow or empty start; the tip underneath tells you exactly what to change, like starting on the action instead of a countdown.

Yes. Pick a tone of voice — funny, hype, professional, casual or educational — before analyzing, and the AI writes everything in that style. Leave it on Auto to let it match the video itself.

Every field is fully editable — type your own title or caption at any time. You can also regenerate a specific field for a fresh set of suggestions if you want a different angle.

Yes — connect YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, pick which ones each video should go to, and publish to all of them in one action. Each platform gets its own caption format automatically.

Instead of publishing now, choose a date and time per video. Scheduled posts appear in your Agenda, where you can see everything that's queued and open any item to review or adjust it before it goes live.

Open Settings and connect each platform once. You'll be sent to the official sign-in screen for YouTube, TikTok or Instagram — UploadFlow never sees your password, only a secure connection token you can revoke at any time.

That's a TikTok platform requirement, not a bug. Until an app is fully approved by TikTok's content-posting review, TikTok limits new posts made through it to private. Once approval is granted, public posting is enabled automatically — nothing changes on your side.

Yes, any time — remove a connection from Settings, and you can also revoke access directly from the platform's own security settings.

Credits are what the AI analysis uses. Each video you analyze spends credits, and regenerating a single field costs a small amount. New accounts start with a free balance so you can try everything before upgrading.

Share your personal link from Settings. When a friend signs up and confirms their email, you both receive 20 free credits — for up to 10 friends. Fair-use limits apply to keep it fair for everyone.

You can view your plan and cancel any time from your account in the app. Invoices are sent to your email address automatically after each payment.
