Terms of Service

By using UploadFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. UploadFlow is operated by Cactus Media Producties (Chamber of Commerce / KvK: 90645669, Netherlands).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UploadFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. You must be at least 13 years old to use UploadFlow; to purchase a subscription or credits you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Description of Service

UploadFlow is an AI-powered video upload tool that analyzes video frames, generates captions and titles, and automatically uploads content to connected social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you upload through UploadFlow
You must own or have rights to all content you upload
You must comply with the terms of service of all connected platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
You may not use UploadFlow to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
You may not use UploadFlow to spam or abuse platform algorithms

4. Credit System

Credits are consumed when you analyze videos or generate content
Credits are non-refundable once used
Unused credits do not roll over to the next month unless stated otherwise
We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with 30 days notice

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis via our payment provider Mollie, and renew automatically until cancelled
You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew afterwards
When switching to a lower plan, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period, after which the new plan takes effect
Because UploadFlow is a digital service that is delivered immediately, payments for periods already started and credits already consumed are non-refundable, except where required by law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected
Prices are shown in euros and may be changed with at least 30 days notice; changes apply from your next billing period

6. Platform Connections

When you connect your YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram accounts, you authorize UploadFlow to upload content on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through the respective platform's settings.

UploadFlow uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features of UploadFlow, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke UploadFlow's access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page. See our Privacy Policy for details on what YouTube data we access and how it is handled.

7. AI-Generated Content

UploadFlow uses AI to generate titles, captions, and descriptions. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

8. Limitation of Liability

UploadFlow is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from use of our service, including but not limited to lost revenue, account penalties, or content removal by platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time; upon deletion your stored data, including connected platform tokens, is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you (for example by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of UploadFlow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
