By accessing or using UploadFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

UploadFlow is an AI-powered video upload tool that analyzes video frames, generates captions and titles, and automatically uploads content to connected social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you upload through UploadFlow
You must own or have rights to all content you upload
You must comply with the terms of service of all connected platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
You may not use UploadFlow to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
You may not use UploadFlow to spam or abuse platform algorithms

4. Credit System

Credits are consumed when you analyze videos or generate content
Credits are non-refundable once used
Unused credits do not roll over to the next month unless stated otherwise
We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with 30 days notice

5. Platform Connections

When you connect your YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram accounts, you authorize UploadFlow to upload content on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through the respective platform's settings.

6. AI-Generated Content

UploadFlow uses AI to generate titles, captions, and descriptions. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

7. Limitation of Liability

UploadFlow is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from use of our service, including but not limited to lost revenue, account penalties, or content removal by platforms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of UploadFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
